Chicken Asparagus Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts or 1 (3 1/2 lb.) chicken
    2 (15 oz.) cans asparagus or 1 lb. fresh, cooked until tender (8 minutes)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    25 Ritz crackers, crumbled
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Boil and cool chicken; debone and cut into bite-size pieces. Drain asparagus and spread in bottom of buttered casserole. Top with the chicken.
    Mix the mayonnaise, soup, lemon juice and cheese; pour over the chicken.
    Mix the crackers and melted butter, then sprinkle on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
