Meat Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    3/4 c. oatmeal or bread crumbs
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/4 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Combine the first 6 ingredients.
    Form into 5 or 6 tiny oblong loaves.
    Place on cookie sheet and brown under broiler for 7 to 8 minutes or until pink has disappeared.
    While loaves are broiling, combine the catsup, vinegar and brown sugar.
    These ingredients should form a thick glaze.
    Pour mixture over meat loaves and broil for approximately 5 more minutes.
