Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 green tomatoes, sliced thin
1 c. milk or buttermilk
1 c. corn meal
pepper and salt (season)
oil or margarine
Preparation

Slice
green
tomatoes\tinto thin slices.
Dip in 1 cup milk or buttermilk, then dip into corn meal.
Season to taste. Fry until brown on both sides in small amount of vegetable oil and margarine on medium heat.
Serve warm.
