Lemon Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. gelatin
4 egg yolks
juice and rind of 2 lemons
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. vanilla wafers
dash of sugar
1 c. cold water
1/2 c. sugar
4 egg whites
1/2 pt. cream
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Soak gelatin in cold water.
Cook egg yolks, sugar and lemon juice until it coats the spoon.
Add gelatin and let stand to cool.
Beat egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar until stiff.
Fold into mixture.
Whip 1/2 pint cream and fold in.
