Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large peppers
    1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Prepare peppers (hull).
    Wash peppers. Boil in 1 cup water and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Cook 5 minutes and drain.
    Mix remaining ingredients; stuff peppers.
    Stand upright in ungreased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Cover.
    Bake 45 minutes. Uncover; top with any cheese.
    Bake 15 minutes.
