New York Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. 4 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 lb. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cream the cream cheese with sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time. Beat in sour cream.
    Add vanilla and lemon juice.
    Pour into graham cracker crust.
    Bake 350 for 30 minutes. Turn off oven and leave for 1 hour. Cool 8 hours before serving. Add any topping you like.
