Potato Filling Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf bread, broken small pieces
1/2 medium onion, chopped fine
1 stem celery, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/2 lb. melted butter
1 1/2 c. milk (enough to moisten)
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
salt (taste)
pepper (taste)
Preparation

Mix well and use ice cream dipper to form balls.
Place in baking dish.
Pour over a little additional melted butter.
Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
Can be made and put in freezer to use later as fresh potato balls.
