8 oz. Cream Cheese
1\\3 C. Sugar
1 Egg
1 C. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 1\\2 C. Flour (not sifted)
1 C. Sugar
1\\4 C. Cocoa
1\\4 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 C. Water
1\\3 C. Oil
1 tbsp. White Vinegar
1 tsp. Vanilla
Preparation

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and egg. save chocolate chips until just before using. Set aside.
In Large bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Mixing by hand (about 15 strokes). Do Not Over Mix. Will be lumpy. Line miniature cupcake tins with baking papers. Now add chocolate chips to cream cheese mixture. Put 1 tablespoon of chocolate mixture into papers. Top with 1 teaspoon of cheese mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15-20 min.
