Pumpkin Bread Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients; set aside.
Beat eggs; add oil, sugar and pumpkin.
Add to dry mixture, beating in well.
Stir in pecans.
Bake in 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Makes about 24 bars.
May be frosted with soft icing.
