Butterscotch Zucchini Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/3 c. margarine or butter, melted
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. shredded unpeeled zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1/2 c. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine sugar, margarine, egg, water and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Stir in flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
    Mix well. Stir in zucchini and nuts.
    Spread in greased and floured 9-inch square or round pan.
    Sprinkle with butterscotch chips. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool. Cut into bars.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
