Suzie'S Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
    1/3 c. mayo
    1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 to 1 1/2 c. sliced olives
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skins on.
    When finished, peel and cube while hot.
    Add chopped onion and mayo.
    Stir in cheese.
    Put in greased 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
    Sprinkle with bacon and cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
