Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. each: ginger and cinnamon
    1 tsp. each: nutmeg and allspice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Make a well in mixture and add remaining ingredients; mix.
    Pour into two 9 x 5 x 3-inch greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
