Chicken Rose - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt, divided
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 lb. chicken parts, skinned*
    1/4 c. minced onion
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 medium green pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch squares
    1 c. quartered mushrooms
    1/2 c. canned crushed tomatoes
    1/4 c. Rose wine
    1/4 tsp. thyme leaves
    2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    *One and one-half pounds of chicken parts will yield about 8 ounces of cooked meat.
