Mardi Gras Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate
6 oz. frozen lemonade concentrate
1 qt. chilled apple juice
2 qt. ginger ale
raspberry, orange, lemon-lime or pineapple sherbet
Preparation

Mix all liquid ingredients in a large punch bowl.
Stir together to blend well and thaw concentrates.
Stir in ginger ale. Add sherbet, scooped into balls.
