Congealed Grapefruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
2 (16 oz.) cans unsweetened grapefruit sections
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. half and half
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Soften gelatin in cold water; let stand 5 minutes.
Drain grapefruit, reserving juice.
Add enough water to juice to measure 2 cups.
Combine liquid and sugar in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat; add gelatin, stirring until dissolved.
Stir in grapefruit sections.
