Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bread, without crust and cut into cubes
1 c. diced, cooked ham
1 c. shredded cheese (Swiss or Cheddar)
1/2 tsp. onion flakes
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
1 1/4 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
6 eggs
Preparation

Place bread cubes in the bottom of a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Layer ham, cheese and mushrooms on top of bread. Beat eggs; add milk, onion flakes, parsley flakes, salt and pepper. Pour over mixture in dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes until puffed and brown. Serve at once. Serves 4 to 6.
