Peppers Stuffed With Tuna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) cans tuna
30 small sift black Italian or Greek olives, pitted and chopped
2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
oil (olive is preferable)
4 to 5 medium or 6 to 7 small green peppers
white wine
lemon wedges
Preparation

Drain tuna and flake.
Combine with next 4 ingredients and salt and pepper to taste.
If using water-packed tuna, moisten with 3 to 4 tablespoons oil.
This makes about 5 cups filling.
