Texas Hash(Very Good! Try It) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 large onions
    1 large bell pepper
    1/2 c. instant rice (Minute)
    1 can tomatoes
    2 tsp. chili powder or 1/2 pkg. chili seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat, onions and pepper.
    Add rice; add tomatoes, seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour mixture into casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
