Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. ground raw cranberries
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
1 c. hot water
1 c. pineapple syrup
1 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
1/2 c. broken walnuts
1 c. chopped celery
Preparation

Combine cranberries and sugar. Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add syrup.
Chill until partially set. Add cranberry mixture, pineapple, walnuts and celery. Pour into oiled 9 x 9 x 1 3/4-inch pan. Chill until firm.
Best to set overnight.
Cut in squares. Serve on crisp lettuce.
Or you may want to put mixture in a glass bowl.
