Rumaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken livers, cut into halves
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 cloves crushed garlic
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except water chestnuts.
    Marinate livers in sauce mixture overnight.
    Place a chestnut slice in each liver piece.
    Wrap with 1/2 strip of bacon.
    Secure with toothpick.
    Place on broiler pan in center of oven.
    Broil until crisp, 30 minutes.
    Place in chafing dish with a little of the marinade sauce to serve warm.
