Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 eggs
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    1 c. packed light brown sugar
    1/2 c. maple syrup
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
    1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix the first 6 ingredients.
    In another bowl, combine the next 5 ingredients.
    Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Stir liquid ingredients into dry ingredients; stir until moistened.
    Add raisins and nuts if you want them.
    Spoon into loaf pan.
    Bake for 1 1/4 hours in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Cool on wire rack in pan for 10 minutes.
    Take out; completely cooling.
