New York Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    6 eggs (unbeaten)
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream together cheese, cream cheese and sugar.
    Add eggs one at a time and beat after each addition.
    Add 6 heaping tablespoonfuls of flour alternating with 1/2 pint sour cream.
    Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Pour into greased and floured spring-form pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until light brown. Turn off oven.
    Open oven door and leave cake in oven for 1 hour.
