Tortilla Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag of tortilla chips
1 lb ground meat
1 pkg taco season
2 c co jack cheese
1 can enchilada sauce
Preparation

Brown ground meat until finely cooked.
Crush chips in oblong casserole pan.
Mix ground meat and taco seasoning and pour half of mixture onto chips.
Cover with cheese.
Layer chips on top of cheese.
Repeat.
Pour enchilada sauce over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Ranch style beans can
be added to meat mixture. Finish by topping with shredded lettuce and tomatoes.
