Ingredients

3 (17 oz.) cans apricot halves in syrup, drained
4 oz. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Place drained apricots in bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
Combine the crushed Ritz crackers with the brown sugar and crumble over the fruit. Drizzle the melted butter over the fruit evenly. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Serves 8.
