Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 stick margarine
    2 cans beef consomme
    1 can mushrooms, stems, pieces and liquid
Preparation
    Put margarine, rice and onions in frying pan.
    Cook until rice is light brown, stirring frequently.
    Put mixture in baking dish; add consomme, mushrooms and a little pepper.
    Cook in a 400\u00b0 oven about 30 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
