Spinach Or Zucchini Linguini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 cloves minced garlic
    1 stick butter
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach, thawed or 2 to 3 large zucchini, sliced and steamed
    3/4 c. nonfat sour cream
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. cooked linguini
Preparation
    Saute garlic in butter.
    Add spinach or zucchini, sour cream and Parmesan cheese.
    Serve over cooked linguini.
