Pork Roast With Tangy Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 lb.) lean pork roast
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. apple jelly
1 c. catsup
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

Rub roast with salt, pepper, garlic salt and 1/2 teaspoon chili powder.
Place in roasting pan.
Roast at 325\u00b0 for 1 3/4 hours. Combine jelly, catsup, vinegar and 2 teaspoons chili powder in saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat.
Simmer for 2 minutes.
