Shenandoah Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. finely chopped apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Cream together butter and sugar.
    Beat in eggs.
    Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon, beating well after each addition.
    Stir in apples, nuts and butterscotch chips. (Mixture will be very thick.)
    Press mixture into greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
