Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
grated chocolate cookie crumbs (optional)
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. margarine, softened
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation

Combine 1 1/4 cups cookie crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup melted margarine to make crust.
Press into 9-inch pie plate and bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Cool.
In mixing bowl, beat peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar, margarine and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
Gently spoon into crust.
Garnish with crumbs, if desired.
Refrigerate.
