Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick soft butter or margarine
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. self-rising flour
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix butter, cheese, flour and pecans by hand.
Add pepper and mix well.
Pinch off enough to make a marble size ball.
Place on lightly greased baking sheet and flatten with fork.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven until lightly brown.
