Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can Ranch Style beans
1 lb. ground meat
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
6 tortillas, spread with butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Brown meat with onion.
Add seasonings to tomato sauce.
Drain meat and mix with tomato sauce.
Alternate layers of tortillas, meat sauce, beans and cheese in casserole dish.
Add water.
Cover and bake for 20 minutes.
Cut in wedges to serve.
