Avocado Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. raw milk butter
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. chopped avocado
    1/2 c. alfalfa sprouts
Preparation
    Beat eggs. Add water.
    Pour eggs into heated buttered skillet and cook on low to medium heat, gently lifting edges to let liquid run under, until all is set.
    Spoon vegetables onto 1/2 of the omelet. Top with cheese and fold over.
    Remove to plate and serve.
