Broccoli Rabe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli rabe, chopped in pieces
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil
    red pepper flakes according to your taste
    salt and fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Heat olive oil in a large pot and saute garlic for just a few minutes until tender.
    Do not allow to brown.
    Add broccoli rabe and sprinkle with red pepper flakes, salt and pepper to taste. Mix to combine with garlic.
    Add enough water to almost cover (about 3 to 4 cups).
    Bring water to a boil, cover and let steam for about 5 to 10 minutes or until tender.
