Fish Amadine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fish fillets
1/4 c. flour
dash of salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
4 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. sliced almonds
2 Tbsp. Mexican lime juice
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

Roll fillets in mixture of flour, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Pour 2 tablespoons melted butter and broil fish until done.
While broiling fish, brown almonds in 2 tablespoons melted margarine, then stir in lime juice and chili powder.
Pour over broiled fish. Wonderful with Laguna Madre speckled trout!
