Easy Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cranberries
    1 orange
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. boiling water (about)
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Chop cranberries and orange in food processor.
    Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
    Add enough boiling water to reserved juice to measure 1 cup.
    Combine with gelatin in bowl, stirring until gelatin is dissolved.
    Stir in cranberry mixture, sugar and pecans.
    Pour into mold.
    Chill until set.
    Unmold onto serving plate.
    Yield:
    10 servings.
