Ingredients

1 c. chopped nuts
2 egg yolks
1 c. shortening
1/2 c. sour cream
4 c. flour
2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Cream shortening; add sugar, beaten egg yolks and sour cream. Sift dry ingredients and gradually add to creamed mixture.
Add chopped nuts.
Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet and flatten with a glass covered with a damp hankie or cloth.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
