Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 onion, minced
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
    1/4 c. shredded Mozzarella
    1 c. vegetables (spinach or broccoli), minced
    3 to 4 mushrooms, minced
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Place eggs, onion, half and half, cheese and vegetables into a blender.
    Blend for 1 minute. Pour mixture into an unbaked pie crust. Sprinkle pepper and Parmesan cheese on top. Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
