Sugar-Cinnamon Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pecan halves
    2 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    In medium small bowl, beat egg whites to frothy.
    Put pecans in froth; mix well and let soak 10 minutes.
    Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
