Creamy Italian Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 to 3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 egg
1 c. white vinegar
4 c. oil

Preparation

Blend
all of the ingredients except oil and vinegar in a blender at the highest speed.
Add to the above vinegar all at once
and
the
oil
gradually
in blender and blend until mixed. Remove to a
container and store in refrigerator until thick.
