Yeast Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1/2 c. nonfat dry milk powder
    2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1 3/4 c. yellow corn meal
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast over warm water and stir until dissolved.
    Stir in remaining ingredients and beat until blended.
    (This is a stiff batter.)
    Turn into two greased 8-inch round pans or two greased 8 1/2-inch loaf pans.
    (I usually make one of each.
    I cut the round into wedges to serve warm and slice the loaf to serve buttered or for sandwich bread or breakfast toast.)
    Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled in bulk, about 1 hour.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
