Baked French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 large onions, sliced
    1/3 to 1/2 c. butter
    2 cans beef broth
    2 cans water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    6 (1-inch) slices French bread, toasted
    1 slice each: Swiss cheese and Mozzarella cheese
    Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Simmer onions in butter for 30 minutes, covered.
    Add broth, water and Worcestershire sauce.
    Simmer 30 minutes longer.
