Beatnik Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 jars baby beets
2 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, slightly beaten

Preparation

Melt chocolate in a saucepan and cool.
Mix all ingredients together.
Put in a tube pan and bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
