Baked Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
    2 c. uncooked Minute rice
    2 cans chickeny mushroom soup
    1 soup can milk
    1 soup can water
    chicken
    Parmesan cheese
    butter
Preparation
    Sprinkle soup mix over rice in 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish. Add mixture of mushroom soup, milk and water.
    Save a little to pour over top of chicken.
    Place chicken pieces on top of rice. Put a little pat of butter or margarine on each piece of chicken. Pour over reserved soup mixture.
    Cook, covered, 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Stir rice occasionally.
    One half hour before done, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
