Bonnie-Jo Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Maui onions
    5 medium tomatoes
    1 large bunch cilantro
    5 to 6 medium hot jalapeno chili peppers
    1 tsp. sea salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. black or hot pepper
    5 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Chop the first 4 ingredients finely.
    Add the rest and stir. Serve with corn or tortilla chips.
    Makes 2 quarts.
    Good for gifts.
