Shrimp Remoulade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. horseradish mustard
    1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 whole clove garlic
    1 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. finely minced green onion with tops
    1/2 c. finely minced celery
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in blender.
    Pour over cooked shrimp.
    To be really delicious, marinate shrimp for 4 to 5 hours. Serve cold on lettuce.
    Makes 2 1/2 cups of sauce.
    Serves 8.
