Beer Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. warm beer
    1 envelope active dry yeast
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    coarse salt
Preparation
    Pour warm beer in a large mixing bowl and sprinkle with yeast and sugar.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Mix in flour and knead about 10 minutes.
    Place in a greased bowl; cover and let rise until doubled in bulk, about 1 hour.
