Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 tomatoes
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. butter
1 garlic clove, minced
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. chervil
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Slice tomatoes in half.
Seed and scoop out pulp.
Set pulp aside.
Heat oil in skillet.
Place tomatoes, cut side down, into oil.
Cook until the sides are carmelized.
Remove and place on a pastry sheet.
Add the butter to the skillet.
Saute the garlic and onion until tender.
Stir in seasonings and pulp.
Saute 1 more minute.
Fill tomato halves; sprinkle with cheese.
Heat in broiler until brown (about 2 minutes).
