Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1/2 c. margarine
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    2 unbaked pie crusts
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into pie shells.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then move pies to bottom rack of oven and bake 15 more minutes or until firm.
