Crunchy Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cauliflower
1 c. sliced radishes
1/2 c. green onion, sliced
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
3/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. caraway seed
1 small pkg. buttermilk salad dressing mix
Preparation

Wash the cauliflower and break into florets.
Combine cauliflower and next 3 ingredients, tossing gently.
Stir together remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables and toss until well covered.
Chill before serving.
Yield:
6 to 8 servings.
