Codfish Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. Crisco oil
    1/2 lb. fresh okra, cut
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 large zucchini, sliced
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. frozen corn
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 1/2 lb. cod steaks
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Heat Crisco oil in large saucepan; add okra.
    Saute on medium heat for 2 minutes; add onion and garlic.
    Saute 5 minutes.
    Add zucchini and undrained tomatoes; heat on low for 5 minutes; add corn, black pepper and cayenne.
    Lay cod steaks on top of vegetable mixture, spooning mixture over them.
    Cook gently 5 to 10 minutes or until the fish is done.
    Serve over hot rice.
